DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is the official diploma of French language awarded by the French Ministry of National Educational. It is conducted to test the French language proficiency of non-native speakers. This exam is administered by the International Centre for French Studies on behalf of France’s Ministry of Education. DELF Diploma is widely recognized in about 165 countries and valid for lifetime.
The independent certificates for each level correspond to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). CEFR is a guideline produced by the Council of Europe after 12 years of research. Four language skills are assessed at each level: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

In Spain and in some other parts of the Spanish-speaking world, Spanish is called Castellano (Castilian) as well as español (Spanish), that is, the language of the region of Castile, contrasting it with other languages spoken in Spain such as Galician, Basque and Catalan. The report certifies that Spanish is the second language in the world by the number of native speakers and second language of international communication. For demographic reasons, the percentage of the world population Spanish-speaker as their native language is increasing, while the proportion of English speakers decreases.

Indian Languages

Marathi
Marathi (मराठी भाषा) is the language spoken in Maharashtra, India. It is also Maharashtra’s official language. The written script is Devanāgarī.
People living in Maharashtra and parts of neighboring states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Chattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, union-territories of Daman-diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli speak Marathi.

Sanskrit
Sanskrit is an ancient Indian language. It is a sacred language of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism and the origin of most Indian languages. Today, about 14,000 people in India use it as their daily language. It is one of the 22 official languages of India and an official language of the state of Uttarakhand. The main script used to write Sanskrit is Devanāgarī, but it can be written in the scripts of various Indian languages and is sometimes written by the Latin alphabet

Hindi is an Indo-Aryan language. It is the main language in India. about 800 million people speak hindi in India. The Devanāgarī script is used to write Hindi. Previously Hindi was known as Hindui.
Hindi is widely written, spoken and understood in North India and some other places in India.
